Aaviku oli OAAS Arhitektide esimene projekt. Tellija Tallinna linn ja ehitaja KMG Ehitus. Hoonestuse autor Emil Urbeli arhitektibüroo.
Aaviku elurajooni avamispeo pildile on jäänud Maria Pukk, üks elamute arhitektidest Indrek Erm ja sisearhitekt Krista Thomson.

Discoveries from the bottom drawer!
Aaviku was the first project by OAAS Architects. Commissioned by the city of Tallinn and the builder KMG Ehitus. Dwellings were made by Emil Urbel architectural office.
On a picture of Aaviku opening party are Maria Pukk, one of the architects of dwellings Indrek Erm and interior designer Krista Thomson.
